    No, you do not need an appointment. Our animal emergency hospital is open 24/7 for walk-in patients. 

  • What veterinary services do you offer?

  • What types of animals do you treat?

    We provide medical care and emergency services for all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and more. While our vets are not exotic certified, we have years of emergency animal experience for animals of all types. When you're looking for dependable animal urgent care, we're the team to call.

  • What should I do if my pet needs emergency care?

    If your pet needs emergency care, please come see us or call us immediately to let us know the situation. We will provide you with care at our animal emergency clinic or instructions over the phone on how to bring your pet to the hospital for treatment. 

  • Do I need to call ahead to bring my pet in for emergency treatment?

    No, you do not need to call in advance, but we are happy to answer any questions over the phone. If you are concerned for your pet's health, we always recommend bringing them in to be looked at by one of our amazing veterinarians.

  • Can you perform animal surgery on-site?

    Yes! We are one of the only 24-hour emergency animal hospitals with a fully equipped, state-of-the-art surgery center. If your pet needs urgent care from a full-service animal emergency clinic, we're open 24/7/365.

  • Are you staffed for overnight care if my pet requires long-term treatment?

    Yes! We are staffed 24 hours a day and ALWAYS have a veterinarian on-site. If we need to keep your pet in our animal emergency clinic for treatment, we ensure they are constantly monitored and taken care of.

  • Is it easy to get to your hospital and is there parking available?

    Our animal urgent care is conveniently located just off Crystal Falls Parkway across from Rouse High School. There is plenty of free parking available. If you need help upon arrival, just call our front desk. We can send someone out to your car.
